  • Auto-assign of downloaded reservations is now smarter about where the beds get placed. Reservations will be placed first into beds that are available for all nights of the reservation, and if the reservation is for multiple people, it will attempt to put them all into the same room if possible.

  • Multiple-currency support has finally arrived. Now accounts can be assigned to currencies, and payments in those currencies will be placed into those accounts only.
  • Prices on sales items, deposit items, and rooms can be set not only to the primary currency, but can be set specifically for each additional currency as well.
  • Exchange rates between currencies are also supported and can be downloaded automatically from the internet. If prices are not specifically set for a particular currency, they will by default be priced using the exchange rate that is set.

  • Support for selecting multiple reservations and performing check-ins, check-outs, blacklisting, deleting, extending, payments, etc.
    You can select multiple reservations by simply clicking and dragging over them, or by holding down the CTRL key and clicking each reservation separately. You can then right-click on a group of selected reservations to perform group functions on them.
  • Ability to split a single reservation with multiple beds into multiple reservations, and vice-versa, the ability to convert a group of individual reservations into a single reservation.
  • Rates, coupons, and manual prices may all now be set on a nightly basis.

    On a new check-in or reservation, simply click on the rate, coupon(s), or price columns to change them. Manually priced rows will show up in red, indicating that the price was specifically set.
  • Improved guest invoice report, along with the ability to export it to PDF, Excel, or MS-Word formats.
  • Improved account data export report, along with the ability to export it to PDF, Excel, or MS-Word formats.
  • The account tabs load much faster, and can support an unlimited number of rows. Searches now include guest names.
  • In Accounts, there is now an "All Accounts" tab that displays everything, and allows for withdraws and deposits.

    This can be done from the main HostelPower menu button (top-left corner), and under "Backup / Restore" is a new option for "Clear Data".
