HostelPower Standalone comes with six months of free email support and updates. HostelPower Server comes with one year of free email support and updates. Additional support packages may be purchased through our website, or please contact us for more information at sales@HostelPower.com.

To receive email support, simply send an email to support@HostelPower.com. If you have your HPID or IP address handy, it will help. If you're writing from a different email address than you purchased HostelPower with, please let us know the original email address you used to purchase the software. Email inquiries are generally answered within 12-24 hours, but occasionally may require up to 3 days for a response.

While running HostelPower , you may send feedback directly by using the Help/Feedback button. You may use this to submit general comments, suggestions, bug reports, etc.
